Zimmer exits, being evaluated for head injury

Indians center fielder Bradley Zimmer exited Saturday’s game against the Tigers at Comerica Park in the fourth inning, a half-inning after he tried to make a diving play on a Bryan Holaday double. The Indians announced that he was being evaluated for a possible head injury.
