Wilson back from Pawtucket to fill Ranaudo’s spot

The Red Sox recalled right-handed pitcher Alex Wilson from Triple-A Pawtucket on Thursday. They optioned right-hander Anthony Ranaudo to Pawtucket following Wednesday’s game at Cincinnati.
