PORTLAND, Ore. – The last-place Portland Winterhawks delivered a big upset on Saturday night.

Paul Bittner scored his seventh of the year at 2:58 of overtime as the Winterhawks beat the first-place Kelowna Rockets 3-2 in Western Hockey League…
