Asked on Monday if he would consider bringing back his Game 1 starter, Adam Wainwright, on three days’ rest to pitch against Clayton Kershaw in Game 4 of the NLDS, manager Mike Matheny replied: “Shelby Miller will be pitching tomorrow.”
