Vick advises L. Jackson to ‘proceed with caution’

Michael Vick believes Baltimore’s Lamar Jackson has the “best chance” to finish with the most rushing yards of any NFL quarterback, but advised the rookie to “proceed with caution,” putting the optimal number of runs for Jackson at 10 or 12 per game.
