Vergne given five-second post-race penalty for Grosjean incident

Toro Rosso’s Jean-Eric Vergne has been handed a five-second post-race penalty for his collision with Lotus’s Romain Grosjean during Sunday’s 2014 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix, dropping him from ninth to tenth in the results
