Texans’ O’Brien: Ryan Fitzpatrick remains our starter

Despite a bad outing in the Houston Texans’ preseason opener, Ryan Fitzpatrick is still the team’s starting quarterback, according to coach Bill O’Brien. Will that change before the season starts?
