Tanaka fans career-high 15, ties K mark for ’17

Two hours before Masahiro Tanaka walked to the mound for his final start of the regular season, Yankees manager Joe Girardi said that he was not considering it a postseason audition of sorts, only hoping that the right-hander would be able to take something positive out of the effort.
