Sources: Yanks choose Boone as next manager

Aaron Boone will be named the next manager of the New York Yankees, sources confirmed to ESPN’s Buster Olney. Boone, 44, is best known for his American League Championship Series Game 7-winning home run for the Yankees to extend the Red Sox curse in 2003.
