The Padres have acquired outfielder Matt Kemp from the Dodgers as part of a five-player swap. San Diego also receives catcher Tim Federowicz in exchange for catcher Yasmani Grandal, pitcher Joe Wieland and a Minor League pitcher, believed to be Zach Eflin, a source told MLB.com. Neither team has confirmed the trade.
