Source: CC to announce retirement after season

Heading into his 19th big league campaign, Yankees left-hander CC Sabathia will hold a news conference Saturday at George M. Steinbrenner Field to officially announce that he will retire at the end of the 2019 season, a source tells MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand.
