Source: A’s trade Escobar to Nationals for Clippard

Yunel Escobar is on the move again. Less than a week after acquiring him from the Rays in the Ben Zobrist deal, the A’s have agreed to trade the veteran shortstop to the Nationals for reliever Tyler Clippard, a baseball source confirmed to MLB.com. The deal has not been confirmed by either club.
