Scully receives Commissioner’s Historic Achievement Award

While visiting Dodger Stadium on Friday, Bud Selig said the highlight was presenting Vin Scully with the Commissioner’s Historic Achievement Award. Scully is the 14th recipient of the award and only the second non-player, joining Jackie Robinson’s widow, Rachel.
