Santana gets qualifying offer from Braves

After the Braves informed right-hander Ervin Santana he would receive a qualifying offer, they made it official on Monday. Santana is expected to reject the one-year, $15.3 million offer, which would give Atlanta a 2015 compensatory Draft pick if Santana signs with another team.
