San Diego to host first All-Star Game since 1992

For the first time since the American League rolled to a 13-6 victory over the National League in 1992, San Diego will host the All-Star Game in 2016, Major League Baseball announced Thursday. It will also mark the first Midsummer Classic at Petco Park and the third in San Diego, which also hosted in 1978.
