Royals hang on vs. Texas, hold onto slim division lead
After a three-game dry spell and one very wet suspended game, the Royals got back in the win column. Salvador Perez knocked in three runs with a home run and a double as Kansas City worked on a 4-3 Labor Day victory over the Texas Rangers on a 75-degree Monday evening.
