Rodney ties franchise record with 45th save

Fernando Rodney picked up his Major League-leading 45th save of the season Friday night in Seattle’s 4-2 win over the Athletics. That tied him with Kazuhiro Sasaki for the Mariners’ single-season record, which Sasaki set in 2001.
