Rockies add Neshek to roster; Desmond to DL

The Rockies announced Friday that they have added right-handed pitcher Pat Neshek to the 25-man roster and have placed infielder-outfielder Ian Desmond on the 10-day disabled list (right calf strain) retroactive to July 26.
