Rex Ryan: Michael Vick is New York Jets’ Week 9 QB

New York Jets coach Rex Ryan announced Monday that Michael Vick will start at quarterback against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9, relegating second-year passer Geno Smith to the bench.
