Report: Brewers in talks for Gausman, Schoop

The Brewers are in “serious discussions” with the Orioles as Tuesday’s non-waiver Trade Deadline nears, MLB Network insider Ken Rosenthal reported Friday. The teams had extensive talks before Baltimore dealt Manny Machado to the Dodgers, but now the likely targets are right-hander Kevin Gausman and second baseman Jonathan Schoop.
