Reid-Foley earns 1st career win on 10 K’s
Sean Reid-Foley gave up one run on four hits with a walk and 10 strikeouts across seven innings to earn his first career win on Sunday against the Marlins. The Blue Jays quickly sent a message to Marlins starter Jeff Brigham that his Major League debut would be short-lived. Billy McKinney and Devon Travis greeted Brigham with back-to-back singles, and a sacrifice fly to right field by Kendrys Morales gave Toronto a 1-0 lead three batters into the game. Brigham gave up three runs on four hits with three walks and two strikeouts across three innings in his MLB debut.
