Reds recall Winker, place Schebler on DL

Tuesday marked the fourth time this season that Reds outfielder prospect Jesse Winker was recalled from Triple-A Louisville. Winker took the roster spot opened by the trade of reliever Tony Cingrani to the Dodgers on Monday.
