Red Sox, Tigers swap Cespedes for Porcello

The Red Sox and Tigers agreed to a deal Thursday that sends slugging outfielder Yoenis Cespedes to Detroit and right-hander Rick Porcello to Boston, according to a source. Neither team has confirmed the trade.
