Rays release list of managerial candidates

The Rays announced on Thursday the preliminary candidates for their vacant managerial post: Dave Martinez, Charlie Montoyo, Manny Acta, Ron Wotus, Don Wakamatsu, Raul Ibanez, Craig Counsell and Kevin Cash.
