Rays’ Escobar out at home plate; call stands

Yunel Escobar was called out at the plate in the second inning of Monday night’s Rays-Rangers contest, which prompted a crew chief review to determine whether Rangers catcher Robinson Chirinos had violated Rule 7.13.
