Rangers likely to retain Moreland, Ogando
The non-tender deadline is 10:59 p.m. CT on Tuesday, and all indications are the Rangers will hold on to their two most prominent arbitration-eligible players in first baseman Mitch Moreland and pitcher Alexi Ogando.
