Rain can’t dampen Blues’ championship parade
Hundreds of thousands of people lined the streets of downtown St. Louis and braved the rain on Saturday to cheer on the Stanley Cup champion Blues, who concluded the festivities with a packed rally beneath the Gateway Arch.
