Pujols has knee surgery, likely out for season
Angels first baseman Albert Pujols is expected to miss the rest of the season after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his left knee on Wednesday. The surgery, which was performed by Dr. Neal ElAttrache in Los Angeles, generally keeps players out for 6-8 weeks. Pujols, 38, is batting .245/.289/.700 with 19 home runs and 64 RBIs in 117 games this season.
