Pirates looking to fit Korea’s Kang into tight budget

Pirates GM Neal Huntington has had a solid if not overly ambitious Hot Stove season, but with 10 arbitration-eligible players in line for sizable raises, he’s looking for cost-efficient ways to improve the club. Korea Baseball Organization middle infielder Jung-ho Kang, who hit 40 homers last season, may be a perfect fit.
