Phillies’ Spring Training needs? Get their man

The Phillies will enter 2019 a better team than the one that finished ’18. Manny Machado and Bryce Harper remain free agents and one of them would provide the Phillies’ biggest jump in talent, as the club still has work to do before Spring Training if they want to win the National League East.
