Phillies callup ‘unique weapon’ Quinn

Quinn is back in the big leagues for the first time since Sept. 2016, when he was getting his feet wet on a bad team. Now, he is expected to produce on a team that entered Friday 14 games over .500 and in first place in the National League East.
