Phillies add to bullpen, get Loup from Blue Jays

The Phillies beefed up their bullpen with less than an hour to go before the Trade Deadline on Tuesday, acquiring lefty Aaron Loup from the Blue Jays Minor League right-hander Jacob Waguespack.
