Perez has intercostal strain, could go on DL
Royals All-Star catcher Salvador Perez suffered an intercostal strain during the Royals’ 5-2 loss to the Mariners on Friday, Royals manager Ned Yost said. The Royals are waiting to decide if they will need to place Perez on the disabled list.
