Option declined by Marlins, Ichiro a free agent

Ichiro Suzuki’s tenure with the Marlins appears to be coming to an end. The Marlins on Friday declined their $2 million club option for 2018 on the 44-year-old outfielder, who has compiled Hall of Fame-worthy credentials across 17 Major League seasons.
