Nuggets’ Afflalo fined $15,000 for excessive contact

Denver Nuggets guard Arron Afflalo has been fined $15,000 for making excessive contact above the shoulders with Utah Jazz guard Alec Burks, it was announced today by Rod Thorn, President, Basketball Operations.
