No measuring Marcos’ influence on Scouting Bureau

Frank Marcos recently stepped down as director of the Major League Scouting Bureau, a position he held since 1998. The MLSB grew tremendously under Marcos’ watch, most notably in the addition of a pro scouting staff, the enhancement of video, both in quality and in delivery to clubs, and the growth of a scout development program, typically known as Scout School.
