Nats’ Sanchez OK after HBP; Bautista called up

Nationals infielder Adrian Sanchez was released from the hospital Sunday morning after he was kept overnight to monitor his breathing. A CT scan revealed no issues for Sanchez following a scary scene during the eighth inning of Saturday’s 9-4 victory, when he took a 96-mph sinker off his chest from Mets right-hander Jeurys Familia.
