Mixed results in Reyes’ first start in left field
An experiment the Mets had considered for the better part of two years — Jose Reyes to the outfield — began Tuesday in Cincinnati. The longtime shortstop started in left for the first time since he was a 17-year-old at Class A Kingsport in 2000.
