Mickelson in 4-way tie at Pebble after wild finish
Phil Mickelson finished off his delayed second round at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am with a birdie, three straight bogeys and a closing birdie. He is tied with Lucas Glover, Paul Casey and Scott Langley.
