Medlen, Beachy among Braves’ arb-eligibles

The Braves have until 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday to determine whether they will tender contracts to any of their five arbitration-eligible players — Kris Medlen, Brandon Beachy, Mike Minor, David Carpenter and James Russell.
