Matheny prepping for use of DH in Baltimore

The Cardinals do not appear poised to make a roster move specifically for handling the DH spot during their upcoming weekend series in Baltimore. Instead they are likely to give Matt Holliday a breather from left-field duties while still keeping his bat in the lineup.
