Marlins’ trade market could hinge on Hand, Turner

As trade talks continue, the Marlins also are giving starters currently in the rotation a chance to secure spots. Brad Hand, who started on Friday, and Jacob Turner, specifically, are getting second chances after struggling in the rotation early in the year.
