Mariners’ Phelps exits with apparent injury
Mariners reliever David Phelps, one of the club’s key July 31 non-waiver Trade Deadline acquisitions, appears to continue to be having trouble with his right elbow, as the right-hander was removed from Wednesday’s game against the Orioles in the sixth inning after facing three batters.
