Los Angeles Kings announce plans to retire Rob Blake’s No. 4 jersey on Jan. 17

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Los Angeles Kings will retire Hall of Fame defenceman Rob Blake’s No. 4 jersey on Jan. 17.
