Liriano struggles in Astros debut, hopes to rebound
In the past six days, Francisco Liriano has pitched in two different uniforms. Traded from the Blue Jays to the Astros before Monday’s non-waiver Trade Deadline, Liriano was sent to Houston to serve as a left-handed specialist in the Astros’ bullpen, which previously had rookie Reymin Guduan as its only southpaw.
