Lingering shoulder issue sends Harris to DL

For the second time in July, the Astros have placed reliever Will Harris on the disabled list. The Astros activated Harris from the 10-day DL on Friday after the right-hander missed 12 games with right shoulder inflammation. Harris did not pitch Friday or Saturday, and two days later, still dealing with the shoulder inflammation, he was placed back on the 10-day DL with the same injury.
