Lindor’s rare 4-hit feat gives Tribe 6th straight W
After the Twins erased an 8-0 lead, Francisco Lindor hit his second home run of the game to give the Indians the series opener. Logan Morrison and Eduardo Escobar hit back-to-back homers in the sixth inning, and Miguel Sano’s three-run shot in the seventh tied the game. Lindor’s solo home run in the eighth, though, was enough, as the Indians’ bullpen held on, with Cody Allen going 1 1/3 innings for the save. Shane Bieber allowed four runs and struck out six over 5 2/3 in his Major League debut for Cleveland.
