Kinsler (hamstring strain) lands on 10-day DL

The Red Sox placed Ian Kinsler on the 10-day disabled list Saturday with a left hamstring strain. Infielder Tony Renda was selected to the active roster from Triple-A Pawtucket. To make room for Renda on the 40-man roster, second baseman Dustin Pedroia was transferred to the 60-day disabled list.
