Jeremiah: Palmer is playing the best of NFC West QBs

Carson Palmer has the Arizona Cardinals flying high at 7-1 and leading the NFC West. Former scout Daniel Jeremiah said on NFL NOW that Palmer is playing better than Colin Kaepernick, Russell Wilson and Austin Davis this season.
