Jackets’ Horton could miss season opener: report

Columbus Blue Jackets right wing Nathan Horton was limited to 35 games last season because of shoulder and abdominal injuries, and he might not be on the ice when this season gets underway on Oct. 9 against the Buffalo Sabres.
